The only things I dislike, is the five beeps when it is done brewing, I don't need an alert to tell me my coffee is done, and the beep seems to always wake my son. But I can live with that. I love it other wise, I would recommend this to everyone I know. Also, the coffee stays hot longer than four hours. Which is a plus but not really important. ...more

This coffee maker is excellent so long as one's shoulders are strong enough to raise the water container on top of the machine and to steady the container sufficiently to pour the water accurately into a relatively small water container when the unit is on the counter. I have not had any of the issues that others have. I guess maybe it's the coffee I use but I have not had any grounds in my coffee. Also one reviewer complained there wasn't an external view of the reservoir so you couldn't see the amount of water you put int. There is one on the craft and unlike other coffee pots I have owned this one is pretty accurate. If you need 6 cups the fill the craft to the 6 cup line or slightly above and that's what you get. ...more
