It was so awful that after two weeks I searched the net again and found the updated Braun, everything about the old Braun that was not so good is fixed. Coffee nice and hot, pot not fussy about the grind of the coffee, on/off button can’t be pushed by mistake, the basket will sit flush on the counter and it doesn’t take up too much room on the counter. I don’t want a timer and clock because we don’t leave it plugged in anyway. We prepare the coffee and water at night and plug it in and turn it on first thing each morning. Good coffee is ready in just a few minutes. I read a lot of the complaints. Talk about whiners.
